We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in the sale of our property in Cool. We want you to know how much we appreciate all you did for us. The personal time you spent in meeting with the inspectors, making tghe appointments, meeting with the contractors, saw to it when the work was promissed it was in fact done. You followed up with phone calls, and received the paperwork for the completed tasks; and we didn't have to deal with those details at all. Because of your dedication; many problems that could have arisen didn't.
