Can you deal with buying a Bank Owned Home? It's not for everyone by any means. Many people might be better off skipping the Repo's. There are alot of Bank Owned homes on the market today; but they can be difficult to obtain. You really have to be patient to buy a Forclosure in this market. There are so many buyers out there focusing on them, that you can easily find yourself in a multiple offer situation. The property will get bid up in many cases and can need alot of repairs. When you look at resale homes that are on the market, you can very likely buy a home which has been well maintained. You can probably come to an agreement swiftly with a re-sale seller, close the escrow, and enjoy your new home and skip the ups and downs of purchasing a repo...

Call me to further discuss repos vs. resale inventory
